Looks like Frosty is getting a new home…Hopefully, his new owners notice the soft occasional whimpers that comes from him…Be a shame if he was stuck like that forever~
Frosty found himself in a daze with the
oddest of sensations. His hooves felt nothing, trotting without any
ground beneath them. The airy sensation was only mimic from the fragrant
gas filling the tight mask fasten on him. The gas filled his mind with
airy vacant thoughts. Any thought that Frosty attempted to focus on, the
ideas of ‘where he was’ and ‘what’s going on’ would just breeze away
with every breath of the gas. The only thought in his mind was to gallop
and listen to the inflated suit squeak and creak with his movement. As
he tries to focus, Frosty felt the suit swelling around him, the double
layer suit pressing tight against his skin, the thick vinyl squeezing
him tightly as his outer form bloats out with the helium filling the
outfit. He started to realized that he was floating in the air, tethered
tautly to the floor of a storeroom. The last he felt was the buzzing
sensation within his ass, an inflated plug vibrating busily inside him.
As he began piecing together his situation together, Frost heard a door
open and a colt enter the room. “Hhmmm, somepony seems to be waking. Let
me help.” The colt cranks open the value for the intoxicating gas,
releasing more into Frosty’s mask. With the next breath, all focus
Frosty had blew away in his mind. He begins to gallop again mindlessly
in the air, the buzzing plug tickling an his mind filled with only
blissful trotting in the air.
WARNING: At this time, SEED-61 is loose inside of the compound and is currently trapped in sector #████-B. Containment procedures are underway and attempts to rescue trapped lab personnel have so far been unsuccessful. Please see document 61B2 – 61B5 for more info.
Special Containment Procedures: The object is to be only interacted with a single Class-D personnel at a time while kept inside of its spherical room.

Description:SEED-61 Is a dark blue liquid. Found by Dr. ██████████ in ████ AD at the bottom of █████ lake. It was contained inside of an ancient Griffin vase, and at the time was deemed safe. It wasn’t until ████ when a lab assistant dropped the vase that its true form was revealed. After several days the object was trapped within a sphere shaped room, and all affected personnel were moved off-site to facility # ██
Side effects of coming into contact with SEED-61 seem to be heightened strength, increased aggression, and a hive-like mind.
Physical changes include being coated in a latex-like substance (Colour seems to be determined by coat, mane, and eye colour) tentacle-like tendrils coming from one’s back, and the replacement of one’s cutie mark by one with a lock over it. Skills associated with said cutie mark seem to be acquired by the hive mind. Note: Facility personnel with security clearance 2-5 as well as ones trained in lock picking or strategy are to stay away from SEED-61 at all costs.

We have successfully been able to us SEED-122 to remove SEED-61′s effects from the affected personnel. They have been responding to treatment well and seem to be regaining control. I am hopeful that this new discovery will help with the current breakout in sector #████-B.
